After many years as a committed primary school teacher and later as a school principal, my path has consistently led me to where my passion lies: accompanying people and organizations in their development. With the degree as an MAS Education Manager and continuing education as a coach and supervisor in organizations (bso & ISSVS), I combine pedagogical experience with sound process and leadership skills. As founder and owner of Squola.ch, I now support schools, public institutions and companies in matters of leadership, team development, school and organizational development as well as in individual coaching. I stand for people-oriented advice with creativity, humor and vision — with the aim of creating spaces for sustainable learning, collaboration and effectiveness.
