On top of that, each coach completes an empathy check to ensure they can build strong, trust-based relationships with their clients. Only coaches who meet all our quality standards are listed.

Our coaches work in a wide range of languages including German, English, French, Italian, and more. Language preference is part of the matching criteria, so you'll always be paired with a coach who speaks your language fluently.

Your coaching conversations are strictly confidential. Your employer only sees anonymized, aggregated data at the program level — never individual session content, goals, or coach feedback. Confidentiality is a non-negotiable principle at CoachMatcher.
