How long does it take to launch a coaching program for our team?
We can typically go from a discovery call to "First Match" in under 14 days. This includes setting up your HR dashboard, defining your success metrics, and onboarding your participating employees.
Can we choose which employees get access to coaching?
Yes. You have full control over seat licenses. You can assign coaching to specific leadership tiers, high-potential "rising stars," or use it as a targeted intervention for departments undergoing significant change.
Is the coaching confidential?
Absolutely. To ensure radical honesty and growth, the 1:1 sessions are 100% confidential. However, HR leads receive "Aggregate Sentiment Reports" which show high-level trends and skill progression across the team without identifying individuals.
Where is our data stored?
We take enterprise security seriously. CoachMatcher is GDPR compliant and uses industry-standard encryption for all video sessions and stored data. We can provide a full security whitepaper upon request.
How do you vet your coaches?
Our vetting is the very rigorous in the industry. We only accept the top part of applicants. Identified as verified coaches must have an accredited certification (such as ICF or a CAS at a Swiss University), corporate leadership experience, and pass our proprietary "Chemistry & Empathy" assessment.
What if an employee doesn't "click" with their coach?
While our matching mechanism has a very high success rate, we know chemistry is personal. If an employee doesn't feel it's a perfect fit after the first session, they can re-match instantly with a single click – no questions asked.
How do we measure the success of the program?
