Our Story
Jenny and I found each other through a co-founder matching platform – so we know first-hand what a good match can do. Over our first coffee, one topic kept coming up: coaching.
From my time as a manager, I knew what a difference good coaching can make for leaders and employees. At the same time, I had experienced first-hand how challenging it can be to choose the right coach, both for my own development and for my employees. Recommendations were often random, profiles were hard to compare and quality was almost impossible to judge from the outside.
The longer we talked, the clearer it became: companies and their employees don't simply need more choice. They need guidance, transparency and a partner who professionally supports the entire coaching process.
And so CoachMatcher was born.
Today, we help companies run coaching programs simply and effectively. From selecting the right coaches and personal matching to quality assurance and measuring results, we support the entire process.
