My consulting approach is based on the systemic and solution-oriented method. Specifically, this means that the focus of the consultation lies on possible solutions rather than on exploring the problem. The systemic part is based on the fundamental assumption that people do not act and react in isolation or based solely on their internal traits, but rather through their relationships and interactions with others and with their environment. Through this basic concept, I place people at the center. With my background of many years of professional experience and a strong ability for analytical thinking, I can directly translate insights into practice. My interested, curious, and open-minded nature, along with active listening, allows me to recognize people’s needs in context and act accordingly. I combine the systemic loop — in which partial steps are repeatedly reflected upon, realigned with new circumstances, and potentially new solution paths are revealed — with the agile software development approach. Agility is something I have internalized in both my personal and professional life: nothing is as constant as change. I prefer in-person consultations, whether at the client's premises or at my consulting office. Depending on the situation, I also conduct consultations online.
