For many years I have been accompanying leaders — strong, reflective people who reach their personal limits in the midst of complex demands. People who carry a lot, make a difference — responsibility, decisions, expectations. Everything looks clear to the outside world. But there are doubts on the inside. pressure. Perhaps the feeling of losing your own compass or of standing still in your own development — and that is exactly why you need a sparring partner and space for yourself. Leadership is complex. Multi-layered. It requires inner clarity, emotional steadfastness and a connection to yourself — especially when time and performance pressure, conflicts or change dominate on the outside world. This is where my work starts. As a Leaderfit Coach & Sparring Partner, I support leaders in gaining clarity, focus and overview, strengthening trust in themselves, making decisions based on inner conviction, setting clear limits — and shaping their role and leadership behavior in such a way that both really suit them: coherent, fulfilling and self-determined. I work systemically, solution-oriented and with a keen sense for what goes between the lines. In doing so, I see people in depth, understand their overall situation — and love the moment when trust in themselves grows, new perspectives arise and the inner impulse to get something moving becomes palpable.
