Coaching psychologist helping people through change
I support people and organizations to navigate change successfully, e.g. promotions, relocations, career breaks, identify shifts, restructuring, mergers, parenthood, relationship changes, fertility, etc., with a particular interest in parents, families, young adults, and children. www.ashleyringger.ch My services are funded by some Swiss supplementary insurances. As a coaching psychologist, Strengthscope® Practitioner (a BPS-certified strengths assessment and development tool based on positive psychology), and an accredited people professional with the Chartered Institute for Personnel Development (CIPD), I approach my work systemically, with evidence-based methods, a commitment to excellence, and a heap of proactive, can-do energy. As an HR/People professional, I am skilled in designing and implementing early career programs, apprenticeships, internal coaching, skills-based organizational development, and supporting organizations' workforce to respond proactively to change. With a customer-centric approach, I excel at engaging high-level stakeholders, leveraging data to inform my work, and delivering impactful events, campaigns, and workshops. I became a European Mentoring and Coaching Council (EMCC) accredited coach and am in the process of becoming a chartered coaching psychologist with the Swiss Society of Coaching Psychologists (SSCP) to enhance my ability as a people professional to impact the learning and development of others on a more personal level while leveraging my firsthand experience with many of the issues I specialize in. My coaching style is supportive, empathic, and solution-focused with respectful challenging when appropriate. I have a particular interest in working with parent professionals. Coachees have described working with me as "helpful in directing self-realizations as to how I can achieve my goals and strengthen my drive" and as "an experience based on trust where I feel more confident in myself, my decisions, and my future path." My life and career transitions include living and working in three different countries (USA, UK, Switzerland), becoming a parent (using IVF-ICIS) to two boys, and navigating various job changes, e.g., marketing, communications, event planning, fundraising, community relations, and learning & organizational development.
