I accompany and support professionals in their personal and professional development. With an approach focusing on the human elements and experiential learning​,​ I am a certified ICF coach with 10 years experience who can coach 1-1​,​ groups and incorporate other development approach tools such as personality profiling tools​,​ emotional intelligence assessments and facilitated workshop. I have a wide range of experience working with senior leaders​,​ managers​,​ executives​,​ entrepreneurs and teams and speak both English and French at native level. I was previously a senior manager for 10 years in the civil service where I managed national teams working in the UK’s government environmental sector. As part of this I headed organisation-wide transformation and restructuring projects overseeing staff adaptation​,​ recruitment​,​ development and health and well-being. I was also an active member of the coaching network​,​ supporting staff throughout the civil service. In 2019​,​ I became a full time director and consultant of my own learning and development business- Questline- having seen first hand the importance of adequate support and appropriate learning and development for staff.
