Transparency matters to us. Here are answers to the most common questions about how we review coaches and what this means for your organization.
Is every coach personally reviewed?
Yes. Every coach application is reviewed manually by our team. As defined in our 100% × 5 × 4 Quality Formula, there is no automated self-onboarding, and every final decision follows the 4-eye principle.
Which qualifications are required?
Qualifications are assessed as part of our five quality standards. We accept ICF-accredited certifications (ACC, PCC and MCC) as well as CAS degrees from recognized Swiss universities. Other coaching qualifications are reviewed individually based on their content, accreditation and practical relevance.
How often are coaches re-evaluated?
Quality assurance does not end after admission. We continuously review coaches based on client feedback, collaboration experience and ongoing quality checks. In addition, every coach is formally re-evaluated at least every three years.
What happens if a coach no longer meets the standards?
If a coach no longer meets our quality standards or professional expectations, we work together to address the issue. Until the required standards are met again, the coach may be temporarily paused and will no longer be recommended through CoachMatcher.
