The lights have dimmed at Messe Zürich, and the HR Festival Europe 2026 has officially come to a close. For the CoachMatcher team, these two days were a whirlwind of energy, innovation, and—most importantly—connection.
While we had the privilege of presenting our vision on multiple stages, the true highlight for us wasn't just the microphone; it was the intense, high-level conversations at our booth.
The Heart of the Festival: Deep Dives at the Booth
Nothing beats the energy of a face-to-face dialogue. We spent hours talking to HR representatives, L&D specialists, and visionary coaches, and these interactions were the soul of our festival experience.
