Coaching, Supervision und Organizational Development My consulting focus is on a professional environment. First and foremost, we are process consultants and support the initiation of change processes so that they can be developed autonomously. Our experience in an industrial environment allows us to provide an individual mix of specialist and process advice, with change autonomy being our work focus. Aware that the private environment is a prerequisite for effective implementation in a professional context, this is included. Coaching and supervision are therefore extended aspects of professional organizational consulting and focus on consulting refinement towards teams and individuals.
