Terms and Conditions for the CoachMatcher Dice Giveaway

1. Organizer
The giveaway is organized by CoachMatcher AG as part of the HR Festival Europe 2026 at Messe Zürich.

2. Participation
Participation is open to all natural persons aged 18 and over residing in Switzerland. Participation is free of charge and occurs through active play or registration at the CoachMatcher booth during the exhibition days.

3. Prizes & Redemption Terms
Instant prizes, non-cash prizes, and vouchers for coaching sessions and memberships will be raffled.

  • Quality Review: In the event of winning a CoachMatcher membership, the organizer reserves the right to conduct a review of quality criteria (e.g., proof of specific qualifications or professional experience as a coach).
  • Conditions: Instant prizes such as 1:1 coachings or consulting sessions are subject to specific conditions (e.g., redemption via the CoachMatcher platform, appointment booking on a "first come, first served" basis).
  • Validity: Unless otherwise stated on the prize, all prizes are valid until June 30, 2026.

4. Newsletter Subscription
By participating in the giveaway, participants agree to subscribe to the CoachMatcher newsletter. Unsubscribing is possible at any time via the link in the newsletter.

5. Consent
By participating, participants fully accept these terms and conditions.

6. No Correspondence
No correspondence will be entered into regarding the giveaway. Legal recourse is excluded. Cash payment, exchange, or transfer of prizes is not possible.

7. Data Protection
Personal data will be used exclusively in connection with the giveaway and the sending of the newsletter in accordance with Swiss data protection law and will not be passed on to unauthorized third parties.
