I'm Heidi. I am a health expert and researcher of the mind. I lead seminars on the topic of health and healthy leadership. What else I do: I accompany people in difficult life situations. Mostly with the topic "I want to but somehow it doesn't work".

Master's degree with a focus on mental coaching at the German University for Prevention and Health Management. Certificate of advanced Studies in coaching advanced from the ZHAW Zurich. Provocative coaching at the institute for provocative therapy and coaching in Munich. Coaching option at Leerpunkt Switzerland. Various other training courses (studying sports science and training in various relaxation and meditation techniques).
